What NinjaOne's published Global Tech and Safe Haven stories state, what a sample of two cannot tell an Indian buyer, and the three figures to demand from a PoC instead. Read September 2026.
Five numbers survive a careful reading of NinjaOne’s two most-quoted customer stories: 30,000 endpoints moved in a week, patching three times faster and 25% more reliable at Global Tech; 75% less time spent patching and software costs down 20% at Safe Haven.1 2 Every one of them is vendor-reported, and none arrives with a baseline. TechBag is an authorised NinjaOne partner, so read what follows as a buyer’s reading of a brochure we sell from, not a case against the product.
Global Tech Solutions is a Brooklyn MSP of about 100 staff managing 30,000 endpoints for 50,000 users across 42 US states. NinjaOne’s story, published 3 March 2025, says the team migrated all 30,000 endpoints from an unnamed “top three” RMM in one week with no end-user downtime; that patching became 3× faster (the body text says 2–3×) and 25% more reliable; and that where up to a quarter of endpoints once needed manual patching, the firm now reports 100% compliance. A further 1,800 mobile devices sit under NinjaOne MDM.1
Safe Haven is a professional-services firm with 105 offices in 43 states. Its story, published 16 December 2024, gives three results: time to patch down 75% (Steve Gear, senior network engineer, says the team now spends “one-third of the time”), software costs down “at least 20%” after folding antivirus, patching and a remote tool into one platform, and about five minutes saved per remote session. SentinelOne deploys through the NinjaOne agent. The page gives no endpoint count and no rollout time.2

Three gaps. First, each claim rests on a sample of one, and neither story says how many patch cycles, hours or tickets were counted. Second, there is no baseline. “3× faster” is a ratio without a denominator, faster than an RMM that is not named, from a starting point that is not given; “100% compliance” has no definition of compliant, no date and no window. Third, time saved is not money saved. Safe Haven’s 20% is a software-bill figure, and it comes from retiring two tools, which any one-agent platform would show; the 75% is technician time, a saving only if those hours were paid overtime or a hire you can now avoid.2
Run the trial on your own fleet and insist on three numbers you measure, not the vendor. One: ticket volume, your service desk’s monthly count for the device categories in the pilot, before and during. Two: patch compliance before and after, defined as the share of pilot devices on the current OS and third-party baseline at day 0 and day 30, pulled from the console and spot-checked on five machines. Three: INR per endpoint. NinjaOne publishes only a USD band, $3.75 a device a month at 50 or fewer endpoints down to $1.50 at 10,000, and says the rate varies by region and products bought;3 get the quote in rupees for your exact count and modules with 18% GST shown separately, then set it against the licences you would retire. Ask one more thing in writing: which regional instance holds your tenant. NinjaOne’s approved sub-processor list puts hosting on AWS in the USA, Canada, Germany and Australia, with no Indian location.4 Onboarding and training are included free, so a four-week pilot costs you technician time, not licence fees.3
