An MSP that buys remote support, RMM, ticketing, security and backup from five vendors spends its margin on the seams. ConnectWise bet on the whole MSP stack from one vendor— and in July 2026 put PSA, RMM, ScreenConnect and SIEM on one ConnectWise Platform, after buying Axcient and SkyKick for backup.
Formerly Asio. Generally available since July 2026, it brings PSA, RMM, ScreenConnect, SIEM and AI agents onto one platform.
Sold on its own, and built into ConnectWise RMM; the Premium RMM package includes unlimited remote-access agents and remote support.
A multi-tenant SIEM and SentinelOne-based EDR, both watched by ConnectWise's own 24/7 SOC.
x360Recover for servers and PCs, x360Cloud for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace — acquired with SkyKick in September 2024.
Start with ScreenConnect or the RMM; PSA, SIEM and Axcient backup join on the same platform.

Two company-level views you won’t find on any vendor site — tap any dot for the rationale. The category-level grid lives on the product page.
Each dot is a ConnectWise solution area: competitive position vs category momentum.
ScreenConnect: the one line with published prices.
How much of an MSP’s stack each vendor covers vs how much of its pricing it publishes.
Widest MSP stack; only ScreenConnect is priced publicly.

Zero-jargon starting points, in reading order. Each links into the deep education on the product page.
Answer three questions; we’ll point you at the right starting product. No email required — this isn’t that kind of quiz.
1. What is forcing the decision?
2. Where must it run?
3. Who will run it?
RMM watches devices, PSA runs the business, remote access fixes things, backup and security protect them.

List your RMM, PSA, remote, backup and security tools. ConnectWise can replace several at once — decide which, rather than buying overlaps.
They are separate products. Automate is scriptable, mostly Windows and can be self-hosted; RMM is cloud-native on the ConnectWise Platform.
One is $30 a month billed yearly. Standard is $45 and Premium $55 per concurrent technician; unattended access starts at $33 a month for 25 agents.
RMM, Automate, PSA, SIEM and the Axcient products have no published prices. Ask for each package's contents in writing with the quote.
No India storage region is documented; x360Recover stores in the US or Australia. Self-hosted ScreenConnect or Automate keeps data on servers you choose.
Self-hosted ConnectWise tools are yours to patch. TechBag scopes the mix, sets a patch owner and quotes in INR with GST.
| Product | Licensing model | How you enter | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| ScreenConnect | Per concurrent technician, or per agent band | $30 One · $45 Standard · $55 Premium a month, yearly | Remote support |
| ConnectWise RMM | Essentials, Pro, Premium packages | Quote | Cloud endpoint management |
| ConnectWise Automate | Self-hosted or cloud-hosted | Quote · free trial | Deep Windows scripting |
| ConnectWise PSA | Basic, Standard, Premium editions | Quote | Tickets to invoices |
| ConnectWise SIEM | Per user; Essentials, Pro, Dedicated Tenant | Quote | 24/7 log monitoring |
| Axcient x360Recover | Appliance or direct-to-cloud | Quote | Server and PC recovery |
| Axcient x360Cloud | Cloud-to-cloud backup | Quote | Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace |
Only ScreenConnect publishes a price; RMM, Automate, PSA, SIEM and Axcient are quoted — TechBag gathers the quotes and bills in INR with GST.
G2 and Channel Program awards come from user and peer reviews. ConnectWise has no Gartner, Forrester or IDC placement, and Gartner has no quadrant for RMM or PSA.
In February 2024 ConnectWise patched its cloud for CVE-2024-1709, a CVSS 10 flaw; on-prem servers had to upgrade to 23.9.8. Name a patch owner before you self-host.
ConnectWise has published no end date for Automate, though it does publish stories of partners moving to ConnectWise RMM. Choose on fit, not on rumour.
ConnectWise has Indian offices but documents no India storage region for its cloud products. If data must stay in India, self-host or get it in the contract.
x360Cloud and ConnectWise Cloud Backup (ex-SkyKick) both back up Microsoft 365. Pick one, or be clear why you need both.
