Quick answer
Kaseya, brand by brand — every linked card is a full intel page, from Unitrends and Datto backup and disaster recovery to VSA and Datto RMM, Kaseya MDR, INKY email security and vPenTest.
Monitor, patch and script every endpoint.
Kaseya’s own RMM: discovery, auto-remediating alerts, OS and third-party patching, PowerShell or Bash scripts, remote control and MDM.
Cloud RMM for many client estates at once.
Cloud-only monitoring, third-party patching and scripting, run on AWS across five regional platforms; Kaseya’s second RMM beside VSA.
Tickets, contracts, time and billing for MSPs.
The MSP back office in one cloud app: service desk, projects, contracts, time and invoicing, with Cooper Copilot and 170+ integrations.
Back up servers on site, boot them in a crisis.
A hardened physical or virtual appliance backs up Windows and Linux servers, then runs them on the box or in the Datto Cloud on demand.
Virtual appliance or Recovery Series hardware.
Backup Software on vSphere, Hyper-V or Nutanix AHV, or one of 15 Recovery Series Gen 10 boxes of 2 to 120 TB, with Recovery Assurance.
Managed failover into the Unitrends Cloud.
Four tiers, from a contractual 1-hour RTO with weekly tests to best effort, mixed per workload; needs Unitrends hardware or software.
Human-led detection and response, all hours.
Rebuilt from RocketCyber in April 2026: SOCs in Florida and Ireland watch endpoints, firewalls and Microsoft 365, with 400-day logs.
Detection, response and rollback on endpoints.
EDR for Windows, macOS and Linux with MITRE ATT&CK-mapped alerts, 65+ automated responses and ransomware rollback; pairs with Datto AV.
Phishing defence with warning banners in mail.
GenAI and computer vision flag impersonation, QR-code lures and account takeover, with colour-coded warning banners; replaces Graphus.
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Salesforce.
Cloud-to-cloud backup on one all-inclusive plan with unlimited retention; the Kaseya SaaS backup that covers Salesforce and metadata.
Mail, files and Teams copied cloud to cloud.
Protects mail, files, calendars and Teams across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace with unlimited retention; in Kaseya 365 User.
Direct-to-cloud images, no appliance on site.
Image backups of Windows PCs, Windows servers and Macs straight to the Datto Cloud; only the Disaster Recovery SKU can boot them there.
Azure VM copies kept outside your own tenant.
Copies Azure VMs and Azure Files to a Datto-owned tenant, then hourly to the Datto Cloud, and can restart them in either of the two.
Automated internal and external pentests.
Runs the attack chain from OSINT to privilege escalation, monthly or on demand, reporting within 48 hours; a pentest, not a scanner.
Bundles, not products: Endpoint wraps an RMM with Datto AV, EDR, patching and endpoint backup (Pro adds MDR); User wraps INKY, BullPhish ID, Dark Web ID, SaaS Alerts and SaaS Protection; Ops wraps the PSA, IT Glue and billing tools. Only Ops has a published price, $129 per user a month, three users and one year minimum
IT documentation and a password vault for MSPs and IT teams, with Cooper Copilot AI and the MyGlue, Network Glue and myITprocess add-ons. Basic $29, Select $38 and Enterprise $44 per user a month on a 36-month term, five users minimum, plus a one-time onboarding fee
Launched at Kaseya Connect in May 2026: log collection with an AI SOC layer, 400-day retention and an optional managed SOC, priced per user by quote. Kaseya cites 60+ integrations on the product page and 40+ in its event blog
Security awareness training and phishing simulation, dark-web credential monitoring, and detection and response for Microsoft 365 and Google accounts (SaaS Alerts, bought in October 2024); each sold alone or in Kaseya 365 User
BMS is Kaseya’s second PSA beside Autotask, with Vorex a third option inside Kaseya 365 Ops; Quote Manager handles MSP quoting and ConnectBooster billing and payment collection
The RapidFire Tools line: Network Detective Pro for network assessment and risk scores, VulScan for vulnerability scanning, and Compliance Manager GRC for compliance automation
Secure Edge is cloud-managed SASE; Datto Networking covers switches, Wi-Fi and Managed Power. Datto Firewalls are still in beta, marked coming soon. All by quote
Kaseya’s earlier API-based anti-phishing tool: end of sale on 7 October 2025, end of support in December 2026 and end of life in June 2027. Graphus customers move to INKY

Kaseya sells two of almost everything — Unitrends and Datto for backup and DR, VSA and Datto RMM for endpoint management, Spanning and Datto SaaS Protection for SaaS data. Pick the brand that fits the job, then check what Kaseya 365 already bundles.
Three editions: Endpoint for devices, User for people and mailboxes, Ops for the MSP back office. Since December 2025 Kaseya bills them on a committed minimum plus usage.
Datto pairs SIRIS and ALTO with the Datto Cloud; Unitrends pairs Recovery Series and Backup Software with its own cloud in six countries. Kaseya sells both, side by side.
Kaseya keeps both RMMs. Kaseya 365 Endpoint lets a customer choose Datto RMM, VSA 10 or VSA 9, alongside Datto AV, Datto EDR and endpoint backup.
Announced at Kaseya Connect 2026 to work across data from the whole portfolio; Kaseya says it manages 17M+ endpoints and over 3 exabytes of backed-up data.

3. How do you want to run it?
Kaseya sells under its own name and as Datto, Unitrends, Spanning, IT Glue and INKY. Each card above names the brand it belongs to.

Write down what must be monitored, ticketed, backed up, recovered or watched. Kaseya sells several products per job, under six brand names.
VSA or Datto RMM, Autotask or BMS, Datto or Unitrends for servers, Spanning or Datto SaaS Protection. Running both of a pair doubles cost.
Kaseya 365 Ops is $129 per user a month; Endpoint and User need 50 licences for new customers and carry no published price. Ask for both quotes.
Since December 2025 Kaseya bills on a committed minimum plus usage, not peak counts. Model a quiet month and a busy one before you commit.
The Unitrends Cloud and Spanning have no India region. If data must stay in India, keep a local appliance copy and get the cloud location in writing.
Kaseya quotes in US dollars and names no Indian distributor. TechBag maps the products, arranges the route and quotes in rupees with GST.

Kaseya publishes two prices — Kaseya 365 Ops and IT Glue; everything else is quoted in USD. TechBag gets the quote itemised in INR with GST.
Kaseya sells two RMMs, two PSAs, two server-backup families and two SaaS backups. Decide which one you run before the quote, or you pay twice.
The per-endpoint figures from the April 2024 launch are not on Kaseya’s site today. Endpoint and User are quoted, with a 50-licence minimum for new customers.
The Unitrends Cloud spans six countries and Spanning uses AWS regions, none of them in India. For DPDP-sensitive data, keep a local copy and get the location in writing.
The 1-hour RTO SLA as the industry’s only one, and the nearly 40,000 customers, are Kaseya’s own words. Gartner dropped Unitrends from its 2026 backup MQ.
vPenTest runs automated pentests that exploit and report attack paths; it does not replace a vulnerability scanner. VulScan is the scanner in the line.
