Published per-device prices for the five UEM products this blog listed in 2022 (Hexnode, Scalefusion, Miradore, Endpoint Central, Ivanti), as of September 2026.
Four of the five UEM products this blog listed in 2022 print a price in September 2026, from US$1.33 to US$6 a device a month; Ivanti, the fifth, sells Endpoint Manager through a demo and a sales form.1 6 The 2022 post answered “what is UEM and who sells it” with a feature list every vendor still claims. The question an Indian buyer has now is narrower: which tier actually manages phones and laptops from one console, what that tier costs, and where the data sits.
Hexnode names its tiers honestly: Pro at US$2.20 a device a month is “MDM Essentials”, Enterprise at US$3.20 is “Advanced MDM”, and the first tier called UEM, “UEM Essentials”, is Ultimate at US$4.70, 2.1 times the entry price, with a 15-device start and Ultra on request.4 ManageEngine Endpoint Central, formerly Desktop Central, lists four on-premises editions per 50 endpoints a year: US$795 Professional, US$945 Enterprise, US$1,095 UEM and US$1,695 Security, or US$1.33 to US$2.83 a device a month, free to 25 devices; the cloud edition costs more.1 2 Scalefusion lists Essential at US$2, Growth US$3.50, Business US$5 and Enterprise US$6, billed annually with a 10-device minimum.3 LogMeIn Miradore, owned by GoTo since 2022, keeps a free plan and lists Premium at US$3.30 and Premium+ at US$4.75.1 5
The published UEM range is US$1.33 to US$6 a device, and the top tier costs 1.4 to 3 times the entry tier

A UEM console holds every enrolled device’s owner, location history, installed apps and, under BYOD, an employee’s personal phone. TechBag’s guide records two of the four priced products as India-hosted: Endpoint Central, from ManageEngine data centres in Chennai and Mumbai or on your own servers, and Scalefusion, built in Pune. Hexnode, built largely from Kochi and Chennai, and Miradore document no Indian region.1 2
All four lists are in US dollars; the rupee figure is a reseller quote on that list plus 18% GST, so ask for the tier, the device minimum and the hosting region in the same written quote. The DPDP Rules, notified on 13 November 2025, bring the security-safeguard and breach-notice duties into force on 13 May 2027, and device location and identity are personal data under the 2023 Act.7 CERT-In’s Directions of 28 April 2022 already require incidents reported within six hours and ICT logs kept for 180 days within Indian jurisdiction, a clause any UEM hosted abroad has to answer.8
