Apple device management for IT teams and MSPs, with a live agent beside MDM— Addigy’s MDM platform, its SentinelOne-powered Security Suite and Amplify for an MDM you already run, and how each one is licensed. This hub covers three Addigy products.

Quick answer
Addigy’s line, product by product — every linked card is a full intel page, from the Apple MDM platform to the Security Suite and the Amplify overlay for an existing MDM.
Macs, iPhones, iPads and Apple TVs in one console.
MDM, declarative management and an always-on agent for live terminal and remote-in, multi-tenant for MSPs with data kept per tenant.
Every MDM feature plus a SentinelOne-run SOC.
Resold SentinelOne Singularity Complete EDR and MDR, plus CVE tracking and Entra conditional access; Windows gets EDR coverage only.
Live Mac visibility without leaving your MDM.
An agent over Jamf, Intune or another MDM for live dashboards, terminal and drift fixes; it cannot update the OS or manage settings.
A pricing tier, not a separate product: AI script help, plain-language reports, shadow-AI blocking, CIS, NIST, CMMC and DISA STIG benchmarks, and an MCP server with 240+ tools. Included at no extra cost through 31 October 2026, then a paid tier, so it is covered on the MDM page
An identity-provider login window for Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace, with password sync, offline login, SCIM and Apple Platform SSO. Relaunched in June 2026 and included in every plan, so TechBag covers it on the MDM page rather than pricing it
A native macOS onboarding app that runs straight after automated enrollment and caches downloads on the local network. Addigy lists it as a feature of the platform, not a licence, so it appears on the MDM page
A small utility that Addigy’s 2023 blog described as free for Macs under any MDM. It carries no licence of its own, so TechBag mentions it here rather than reviewing it
Addigy sells across 1 of the products TechBag carries in endpoint management. The Endpoint Management guide shows how the category splits and which part is yours. →
MDM on its own hears from a device when it next checks in. Addigy runs an always-on agent beside Apple MDM, so inventory, terminal and remote access are live, and one console runs many client tenants with their data kept apart. For MSPs and lean IT teams running only Apple devices, that pairing is the reason to shortlist it.
An always-on agent next to Apple MDM gives real-time inventory, live terminal and remote access rather than waiting for the next check-in.
MSPs run many client organisations from one dashboard with SSO, while each tenant’s data stays isolated from the others.
Major and minor updates are enforced by DDM on macOS 14, iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 and later, with deadlines, allowed days and blackout periods.
The Intelligence tier lets AI agents call 240+ tools through Addigy’s MCP server, with an approval gate and role-based access on every action.
Start with the devices — Macs, then iPhones and iPads — then pick the tier: MDM, Intelligence or Security Suite.
Every claim on this hub traces to one of these public signals.
a strategic growth investment that left Addigy private; it has not been acquired, and it has bought no one
the founder, Jason Dettbarn, moved to chief technology officer when Tober took over on 29 July 2025
a badge from G2’s user-review rankings that Addigy cites; it is a review award, not an analyst placement
for Customer Service Department of the Year, which fits the 97% CSAT and NPS of 65 Addigy reports
an industry award programme Addigy lists among its honours; not an evaluation by Gartner, Forrester or IDC
an award Addigy announced for its compliance benchmarks, which now include NIS2 and UK Cyber Essentials
reports shared under NDA on its trust portal; no ISO 27001, and Addigy says it is not currently HIPAA compliant
a keyword search for Addigy in the US National Vulnerability Database returned none in October 2026
A November 2025 brand film on Addigy’s Apple-only focus; a statement of intent, not a product demo.
An October 2023 tour of the platform, recorded before Security Suite, Identity and the Intelligence tier launched.
A May 2022 walk through the console; the interface has moved on since, so treat it as a first look.
Two company-level views you won’t find on any vendor site — tap any dot for the rationale. The category-level grid lives on the product page.
Each dot is a Addigy solution area: competitive position vs category momentum.
The core licence: MDM, DDM and an always-on agent for Apple devices, with multi-tenancy built for MSPs.
How much of each product is built for Apple devices vs how far it is built for MSPs running many client tenants.
Apple-only by design, with per-tenant data isolation for MSPs and a published starting price of $8.25 per Mac a month.

The MDM is the base licence, Security Suite adds a SentinelOne-run SOC on top, and Amplify brings the same agent to another MDM.

The $8.25 starting figure covers Macs only. iPhones, iPads and Apple TVs are a separate add-on rate Addigy does not publish, so list them on their own.
MDM sits inside Intelligence, which sits inside Security Suite. Identity and Assist come with every plan, so they never need a separate line.
The Intelligence tier is included at no extra cost through 31 October 2026, then becomes paid. Agree in writing what your renewal will charge for it.
Security Suite resells SentinelOne. If you already license SentinelOne, Addigy says you can keep its console, so price the Suite against what you own.
Data sits with US-listed Google Cloud, AWS and MongoDB Atlas. Read the SOC 2 Type 2 report, and sign the BAA if health data is involved.
Addigy prices in US dollars and has no Indian partner. TechBag scopes devices and tier and quotes the total in INR with GST.
| Product | Licensing model | How you enter | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Addigy MDM | Per Mac per month · monthly, or lower rates on a multi-year plan | From $8.25 per Mac | Apple fleet management |
| iPhone, iPad, Apple TV | Add-on at a separate per-device rate | Rate not published | Mobile Apple devices |
| Intelligence Suite | Tier above MDM, priced per device · included through 31 Oct 2026 | Custom pricing | AI and benchmarks |
| Security Suite | Tier above Intelligence · SentinelOne Windows seats billed at the Mac rate | From $16 per Mac | Mac EDR plus MDR |
| Amplify | Agent overlay on an existing MDM · no line on the pricing page | Quote | Live visibility on Macs |
| MSP pricing | Lower per-device rates for managed service providers | Quote | Multi-client fleets |
Addigy prices per device per month in US dollars: from $8.25 per Mac for MDM and $16 per Mac for Security Suite in its pricing FAQ, with iPhone, iPad and Apple TV seats, MSP rates and Amplify quoted. TechBag gets the quote itemised in INR with GST.
It is a starting figure for Macs in Addigy’s FAQ; the plan cards say request custom pricing, and mobile devices cost extra.
It is included only through 31 October 2026. Ask what it will cost at renewal before you build workflows on its AI tools.
Addigy says plainly that Amplify cannot update the OS or manage device settings without an MDM running underneath it.
Addigy is Apple-only. Windows machines appear only as SentinelOne EDR seats inside Security Suite, never as managed devices.
The analysts behind Security Suite work for SentinelOne. Ask how escalation from Addigy’s first-line support works in practice.
Addigy holds SOC 2 Type 2 and SOC 3, but lists no ISO 27001 and says it is not currently HIPAA compliant, though it signs a BAA.

*TechBag’s illustrative estimate, not a quoted analyst figure. The takeaway: Apple fleets are being managed more often by MSPs and bundled with managed detection — which is why Addigy sells a multi-tenant MDM with a security tier on top.
