Quick answer
Mosyle’s line, licence by licence — every card is a full intel page, from the free-to-30 Business MDM and the Fuse security bundle to Manager and OneK12 for schools.
Apple MDM, free up to 30 devices.
Zero-touch enrolment, User Enrollment, Shared iPad and Mac scripting; PREMIUM lifts the 30-device cap at $1 a device a month.
Mosyle’s MDM with security and sign-on built in.
The only licence with Mac antivirus, encrypted-DNS filtering, Auth 2 sign-on and the macOS App Catalog; $1.50 per iPhone or iPad.
School MDM with classroom tools for teachers.
Apple School Manager, Shared iPad, App Lock for Teachers and Safe Test Mode; a FREE edition, and trials convert to it after 30 days.
Manager plus antivirus and web filtering.
Adds Mac antivirus, hardening scans, Admin On-Demand and encrypted-DNS filtering with SafeSearch forced on Google, YouTube and Bing.
The managed-service-provider edition of Fuse, launched in April 2024. Mosyle lists it at $0 in year one after a special first-year commission, then $2.33 per Mac and $1.17 per iOS or iPadOS device a month after the regular commission. A channel programme rather than a licence a business buys, so it has no page of its own
Asset-management software that Mosyle acquired in September 2024, reported by 9to5Mac. It keeps its own brand and website and runs as an independent subsidiary, with discounted rates for Mosyle customers, so TechBag does not page it under Mosyle
SaaS access and password management for small businesses, announced in June 2025 and described in 9to5Mac’s coverage as an independently managed Mosyle subsidiary. A separate brand, mentioned here for completeness
A free parental screen-time service for school-issued devices, announced in June 2026 to replace ScreenGuide. Families do not buy it, so it is not a product page; OneK12 schools get its macOS family features at no charge, per 9to5Mac
Mosyle sells across 3 of the products TechBag carries in endpoint management. The Endpoint Management guide shows how the category splits and which part is yours. →
Most device-management vendors quote, and most cover Windows and Android as well. Mosyle does neither: it manages only Apple devices, and it publishes every price, from a free tier up to 30 devices to $9 a device a year for schools. For an all-Apple fleet, that means the real cost is knowable before the first call — once the 30-licence minimum is counted.
No on-premises edition; customer data sits in the US on Azure, and Business and Manager data are kept in separate, independent stores.
Devices bought through Apple’s channel enrol on first boot; Apps and Books licences are assigned through the same link, and Shared iPad is supported.
Admins set a maximum delay and an enforcement hour; on the last day the update installs itself, across macOS, iOS, iPadOS, tvOS and watchOS.
Runs scripts and installs PKG, DMG and Zip packages on Macs; the antivirus, Auth 2 sign-on and App Catalog that Fuse adds are all Mac-only.
Start with the storefront — business or school — then decide whether security and Mac sign-on belong in the licence.
Every claim on this hub traces to one of these public signals.

Free to 30 devices and $1 a device a month beyond that, with zero-touch enrolment and declarative update deadlines.

Fuse lists $3 a Mac and $1.50 an iPhone or iPad a month with antivirus, DNS filtering and Mac sign-on inside; Apple devices only.

Answer three questions; we’ll point you at the right starting product. No email required — this isn’t that kind of quiz.
1. What do you need to manage?
2. How many Apple devices?
3. What else is already in place?
Business and Fuse are sold to companies, priced per month; Manager and OneK12 are sold to schools, priced per year. Pick the storefront first.
Read →PREMIUM is the MDM on its own. Antivirus, DNS filtering, Mac sign-on, watchOS and the macOS App Catalog appear only once you move up to Fuse.
Read →Every paid plan needs 30 licences billed yearly, so PREMIUM starts at $360 a year and Fuse on Macs at $1,080, whatever the fleet size.
Read →Manager is the school MDM with classroom tools; OneK12 is the one that adds antivirus and web filtering. Fuse is a business licence, not a school one.

Mosyle manages no Windows, Android or ChromeOS. If any of those are in scope, price a second tool, or a cross-platform UEM, before you choose.
Companies buy Business or Fuse at monthly rates; schools buy Manager or OneK12 at yearly rates. The two price lists are not interchangeable.
If Mac antivirus, web filtering or Mac sign-on are needed, Fuse or OneK12 is the only way to get them from Mosyle; PREMIUM and Manager are MDM only.
On Fuse a Mac costs twice an iPhone or iPad. Count each type, then apply the 30-licence minimum and annual billing to find the real first-year cost.
Teams leaving another Apple-only MDM can trial free for up to six months and may qualify for a first-year credit; confirm the conditions in writing.
Mosyle lists prices only in USD. TechBag checks the licence and device mix and quotes the yearly total in INR with GST.
| Product | Licensing model | How you enter | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mosyle Business | Per device per month, billed annually · FREE to 30 devices · PREMIUM 30-licence minimum | Free; PREMIUM $1/device/mo | Apple MDM on a budget |
| Mosyle Fuse | Per device per month, billed annually · a Mac costs twice a mobile device · 30-licence minimum | $1.50 mobile, $3 Mac /mo | MDM plus Mac security |
| Mosyle Manager | Per device per year · FREE edition · PREMIUM 30-licence minimum, discount on 3-year terms | Free; PREMIUM $5.50/yr | School Apple MDM |
| Mosyle OneK12 | Per device per year · 30-licence minimum · discount on 4-year terms | $9/device/yr | School MDM plus filtering |
Mosyle publishes every price in USD: Business FREE to 30 devices, PREMIUM $1 and Fuse $3 a Mac or $1.50 a mobile device a month, billed annually; Manager PREMIUM $5.50 and OneK12 $9 a device a year. Every paid plan has a 30-licence minimum. TechBag quotes the total in INR with GST.
PREMIUM is the MDM alone. watchOS management, the App Catalog, ScreenView, Embark, antivirus, filtering and Mac sign-on all require Fuse.
A 12-Mac office still pays for 30 licences, billed yearly: $360 a year on PREMIUM or $1,080 on Fuse. Below 30, FREE may be the better fit.
All customer data is stored in the US on Azure and there is no region option. Settle your DPDP position before enrolment, not after.
Fuse is the business bundle. School filtering and antivirus come in OneK12, which is priced per year on the school storefront.
Fuse’s antivirus, zero trust and sign-on layers are for macOS; iPhones and iPads get hardening checks and DNS filtering only.

*TechBag’s illustrative estimate, not a quoted analyst figure. The takeaway: Apple buyers increasingly want Mac security and sign-on in the same licence as the MDM — which is why Mosyle sells Fuse and OneK12 beside its MDM-only plans.
Mosyle lets admins set a maximum delay and an hour of day, after which the OS update installs itself on macOS, iOS, iPadOS, tvOS and watchOS.
What it means for you
Ask each MDM how it enforces updates, not only how it schedules them.
Fuse folds Mac antivirus, DNS filtering and Mac sign-on into one per-device price, while PREMIUM carries none of them.
What it means for you
Price the bundle against an MDM plus separate security tools.
Mosyle advertises Apple OS 26’s native Business Manager migration without wiping devices, and a free trial of up to six months for movers.
What it means for you
Plan a move around Apple’s native migration, not a re-enrolment.
OneK12 filters by encrypted DNS on the device, with SafeSearch forced on Google, YouTube, Bing and DuckDuckGo.
What it means for you
Test school filtering off the campus network as well as on it.
