Quick answer
WatchGuard’s line, product by product — every linked card is a full intel page, from Firebox and FireCloud to AuthPoint, the four endpoint tiers and their two add-ons, MDR, NDR, CloudDR and Secure Wi-Fi.
UTM firewalls on desks, racks, VMs and clouds.
T and M Series boxes plus FireboxV and Firebox Cloud, each licensed with Standard Support, the Basic Security or Total Security suite.
Inspects remote users’ traffic at a cloud PoP.
Internet Access covers the web gateway and cloud firewall; Total Access adds ZTNA to private apps and 24/7 monitoring. No CASB.
Push, OTP, QR, tokens and passkeys.
Covers Windows and macOS logins, VPN, RDP and SAML or OIDC apps; the Total Identity Security tier adds dark web credential monitoring.
Four endpoint tiers, renamed in April 2026.
Every tier stops malware and ransomware; Prime adds isolation and response, 360 deny-by-default apps, Elite investigation tools.
Managed detection, grown from the ActZero buy.
Core, Core for Microsoft, Total, Open and Managed Zero Trust packages; Open MDR also covers CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender.
Machine learning over NetFlow, formerly CyGlass.
Reads NetFlow from Firebox and third-party firewalls, routers and switches to flag C2, beaconing and lateral moves; no packet capture.
Finds risky OAuth apps and SaaS misconfigurations.
From the May 2026 Perimeters.io purchase: identity threat detection, shadow AI discovery and bulk fixes across MSP-managed tenants.
OS and third-party patches from one console.
Patches Windows, macOS and Linux workstations and servers plus hundreds of third-party apps in staged waves; needs Endpoint Security.
Central BitLocker control with pre-boot login.
Manages Microsoft BitLocker disk encryption from WatchGuard Cloud with central recovery keys; bought only on top of Endpoint Security.
Access points with a dedicated security radio.
WPA3 access points run from WatchGuard Cloud; four models carry a scanning radio, and rogue-AP detections feed into ThreatSync XDR.
The correlation and response layer that ties Firebox, endpoint, NDR and Wi-Fi detections together. It comes with the Firebox Total Security Suite and with Endpoint Security Prime, 360 and Elite, and is not sold or priced on its own, so TechBag covers it on those pages
WatchGuard’s protective DNS filtering, delivered as a feature of the Firebox Total Security Suite rather than as a product of its own. It is explained on the Firebox page; FireCloud is a cloud proxy, not a DNS resolver
A bundle, not a product: AuthPoint with Dark Web Credential Monitoring, Endpoint Security 360 and FireCloud Total Access sold together. Each part has its own TechBag page
A threat-hunting offering listed in WatchGuard’s endpoint family. TechBag mentions it on the Endpoint Security page rather than paging it separately
An item WatchGuard lists in its endpoint family alongside Orion and the Advanced Reporting Tool. TechBag covers it within Endpoint Security rather than on a page of its own
WatchGuard’s “Red AI”, an agentic AI digital worker aimed at MSPs and listed on its platform page. It is too new to assess, so TechBag mentions it here only

WatchGuard is rarely the deepest product in any one category. What it sells is breadth an MSP can operate: firewalls, cloud access, MFA, endpoint, MDR and NDR managed from one WatchGuard Cloud tenant and joined by ThreatSync XDR. If a partner runs your security for you, that single console is the reason to shortlist it.
Runs Firebox, FireCloud, AuthPoint, endpoint, NDR and Wi-Fi from one tenant, hosted in the Americas, EMEA or Japan; no India region exists.
Joins detections from firewalls, endpoints, NDR and access points and can block an IP, isolate a device or suspend a user; bundled, not sold alone.
Deploys Endpoint Security and the FireCloud Connection Manager; a May 2026 set of privilege-escalation flaws was fixed in version 1.25.03.0000.
Moved from 12.x numbering to year-based releases such as 2026.3, with both branches still patched; Firebox can also act as a FireCloud gateway.
Start with the job — the site, the remote user, the login or the laptop — then pick the suite or tier that covers it.

1. What problem is forcing the decision?
2. Where must it run?
3. Who will own it?
Firebox, FireCloud, AuthPoint, endpoint, MDR, NDR, CloudDR and Wi-Fi all run from WatchGuard Cloud; each is licensed on its own.

Standard Support, Basic or Total. Only Total brings APT Blocker, DNSWatch, EDR Core, ThreatSync XDR and 365 days of logs.
FireCloud and AuthPoint are licensed per user. Patch Management and Full Encryption need an Endpoint Security licence beneath them.
The Zero Trust Bundle packs AuthPoint with credential monitoring, Endpoint Security 360 and FireCloud Total Access into one purchase.
T35, T55 and T70 reached end of life on 31 Dec 2025, and M270 to M670 follow on 1 Jul 2028. Size against the current T and M lines.

WatchGuard publishes no price and sells only through partners. TechBag scopes the suite, users and endpoints and quotes the total in INR with GST.

WatchGuard publishes no list prices and sells only through partners and MSPs: Firebox hardware plus a security suite, per-user subscriptions for FireCloud and AuthPoint, endpoint tiers with paid add-ons, and MDR packages. Figures on US reseller sites are not Indian prices. TechBag gets the quote itemised in INR with GST.
Figures such as $85 a user a year for FireCloud or $28.50 for AuthPoint come from US resellers. WatchGuard publishes no list or INR price.
Only Firebox Total Security keeps logs 365 days; Basic keeps 90, and FireCloud retention is not documented, so export logs for CERT-In.
FireCloud is a cloud proxy and firewall. WatchGuard’s protective DNS is DNSWatch inside Firebox Total Security; DNSWatchGO is no longer sold.
WatchGuard Cloud is hosted in the Americas, EMEA and Japan. The Noida site is an R&D centre, not a data centre or a SOC.
Patch Management and Full Encryption need an Endpoint Security licence, and ThreatSync XDR only arrives bundled with a suite or tier.
