NinjaOne's three funding rounds from February 2024 to June 2026 against its customer count, and what the gap means at an Indian renewal. Facts as of September 2026.
NinjaOne was valued at $1.9 billion in February 2024 and at $12.3 billion in June 2026, a rise of 6.5 times in 28 months. Over the same period its customer count went from more than 17,000 to nearly 40,000, about 2.4 times.13 When TechBag first wrote about NinjaOne in 2022, the question was whether a young remote-monitoring vendor would last. That question is settled. The one that replaces it is what a vendor priced at that multiple will want from the customers it already has.
Between February 2024 and June 2026, NinjaOne's valuation rose 6.5× while its customer count rose about 2.4×

The 2022 post listed nine capabilities: monitoring and management, patching, asset management, a service desk, backup, documentation, endpoint management, remote access and software deployment. Since then NinjaOne has added mobile device management and SaaS backup, the Dropsuite product, and has named vulnerability management as a focus.23 Investors paying 6.5 times more for a company with 2.4 times the customers are pricing in more revenue from each one, and the obvious route is more modules on the same agent.
NinjaOne publishes a US-dollar band of $1.50 to $3.75 per device a month and quotes the exact figure; there is no rupee list.4 At ₹83 to the dollar that is about ₹125 to ₹311 per device a month, plus 18% GST. NinjaOne’s hosting runs on AWS in the US, Canada, Germany and Australia, not India.5 That matters because CERT-In’s Directions of 28 April 2022 require logs of ICT systems to be kept for 180 days within Indian jurisdiction,6 and the DPDP Rules, notified on 13 November 2025, bring the security-safeguard duties into force on 13 May 2027.7 Ask where your tenant’s logs live and get the answer in writing. TechBag is an authorised NinjaOne partner and earns a margin on a sale; the NinjaOne field comparison sets it against six rivals on price and residency.
