Quick answer
Omnissa’s line, product by product — every card is a full intel page, from Workspace ONE UEM and the two Horizon products to Omnissa Access, Experience Management, Assist, Mobile Threat Defense and Vulnerability Defense. App Volumes and Omnissa DEM are covered on the Horizon 8 page, Omnissa Intelligence on the Experience Management page, and Omnissa Cloud PC on the Horizon Cloud page.
Phones, laptops, rugged and servers, one console.
Windows, Windows Server, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux and ChromeOS from one SaaS-first console, with Apple DDM and low-code workflows.
Virtual desktops and apps on hosts you choose.
Windows and Linux desktops and published apps on vSphere, Nutanix AHV, OpenStack or OpenShift, or on Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
Omnissa runs the control plane; you pick capacity.
Brokering, image and power management from one hosted console, over Azure, Amazon WorkSpaces Core, vSphere or OpenStack capacity.
One sign-in, gated by device compliance.
An identity broker: SSO to web, SaaS, mobile and Horizon apps, adaptive MFA through Omnissa Pass, and UEM device posture in policy.
Find what slows people down, then fix it.
Scores device, app and Horizon session experience against employee sentiment, finds root causes with AI and fixes them by workflow.
Remote control from inside the UEM console.
View, control, file transfer, remote shell and session recording for UEM-enrolled Android, iOS, macOS, Windows and Linux devices.
Phishing, risky apps and rogue Wi-Fi on phones.
Lookout’s engine runs inside Intelligent Hub on iOS and Android, and its risk score feeds UEM compliance and Omnissa Access.
CrowdStrike finds the CVEs; UEM patches them.
Falcon Exposure Management rates known CVEs with ExPRT.AI, and Workspace ONE UEM fixes them on Windows desktops and Windows Server.
An AI governance layer launched on 29 September 2026 as a beta with a waitlist: shadow-AI discovery, an AI gateway for model access, guardrails and token metering, change control and audit evidence, above the tools you already run. It has no price yet, so TechBag covers it here on the hub until it ships
Omnissa’s generative AI assistant across Workspace ONE UEM, Horizon and Omnissa Intelligence. Knowledge search comes with every edition; data analysis is an add-on except in Enterprise and Platinum. It is a feature of the platform rather than a product, so TechBag covers it here on the hub
A hosted MCP server, included in Platinum, lets your own AI clients act on the platform; three agents for IT (DEX, Vulnerability Defense and Windows App Lifecycle) were announced on 29 September 2026. The DEX and Vulnerability Defense agents are covered on those two pages
A turnkey cloud PC announced on 29 September 2026: compute, endpoint management, DEX and Horizon Cloud in one offering run by Omnissa, on AWS first. No price, date or region list is published, so TechBag covers it on the Horizon Cloud page
The cloud-only data and analytics foundation of the platform, renamed from its Workspace ONE name. It is sold as an add-on to UEM editions and sits under DEX, risk analytics and Freestyle Orchestrator, so TechBag covers it on the Experience Management page
Workspace ONE Essentials, Enterprise and Platinum, the Horizon Term and SaaS editions, Frontline Worker and the Secure Access Suite with Google Chrome Enterprise Premium are bundles of the eight products. The cheat sheet below maps them; the UEM, Horizon and Access pages go deeper

Most firms manage devices in one tool and deliver virtual desktops in another. Omnissa putsWorkspace ONE UEM and Horizon on shared data, with Omnissa Intelligence scoring the experience and Freestyle Orchestrator running the fix, across phones, laptops, rugged devices and virtual desktops. That makes which edition holds the feature you need, which add-ons sit outside every edition, and where your tenant runs the three things to settle first.
Omnissa says its platform is built on the foundations of Horizon and Workspace ONE UEM: one manages physical devices on every major OS, the other delivers virtual desktops and apps, and both feed the same data.
The cloud-only data and analytics foundation. It takes in UEM, Horizon, Access and partner security data through the Omnissa Trust Network, and powers DEX scores, risk analytics and reports.
Freestyle Orchestrator runs low-code workflows on that data. In September 2026 Omnissa added agents for IT and a hosted MCP server beside Omni, its AI assistant, under an Alert, Advise, Assist, Autonomy trust model.
Launched in beta with a waitlist on 29 September 2026, Elara is meant to sit above the tools you already run: shadow-AI discovery, an AI gateway for model access and token metering, change control and audit evidence.
Start with the estate you run today — physical devices, virtual desktops or both — then pick the edition that holds what you need, not the one with the longest list.

Each dot is an Omnissa solution area: competitive position vs category momentum.
Workspace ONE UEM: a Leader in Gartner’s January 2026 endpoint MQ and Forrester’s Q2 2026 Wave, with published prices; Intune, often already paid for in Microsoft 365, is the rival to beat.
How much of the endpoint job a vendor’s own products cover (management, DEX, remote support, mobile security) vs how far it delivers virtual desktops and apps.
Workspace ONE UEM, Horizon and DEX on one platform; Omnissa says it is the only vendor named a Leader in Gartner’s 2026 endpoint, DEX and DaaS MQs, though most products beyond UEM are quote-only.

Workspace ONE manages physical devices and Horizon delivers virtual desktops. Start with the estate you run today, then see what plugs in around it.

List devices by OS and ownership, and virtual desktops by host and user type. That decides whether you need Workspace ONE, Horizon or both, and on which meter.
Platinum is not Enterprise plus more: Enterprise has Horizon virtual apps, Platinum has Assist and Vulnerability Defense. Match each group to the edition that holds its needs.
Mobile Threat Defense is in no edition, and Vulnerability Defense needs a Falcon Exposure Management licence bought from CrowdStrike. Budget both from day one.
Omnissa lists India instances on its status page but publishes no residency commitment, and parts of Horizon Cloud’s control plane run abroad. Ask which data leaves India.
Pilot one group: enrolment and patch compliance for UEM, logon time and session quality for Horizon, or ticket volume for DEX. Judge the result against that measure.
List prices are USD on 12 months prepaid, and most products are quote-only. TechBag scopes editions and add-ons and itemises the quote in INR with GST, renewal terms stated.
| Product | Licensing model | How you enter | Best for |

| Workspace ONE Mobile Essentials | MDM and app management for phones and tablets · same meters and term | $3.00 a device · $5.40 a user | Mobile-only fleets |

| Workspace ONE Platinum | Adds Assist, Vulnerability Defense, Pass Advanced MFA and the MCP Server · not Enterprise’s Horizon virtual apps; Mobile Threat Defense still extra | $15.63 a device · $24.71 a user | Support and security bundled |
| Horizon 8 | Term editions: Horizon for Linux, Apps Advanced, Standard and Enterprise · per concurrent or named user; SaaS Universal and Platinum also cover it | Quote | VDI you run yourself |
| Horizon Cloud | Azure Standard: Windows-only, Azure-only, single cloud, concurrent option · Apps Universal, Universal and Platinum quoted; compute paid to the cloud | $9 a user a month (Azure Standard) | DaaS on your cloud capacity |
| Omnissa Access | Included in every Essentials edition, with Pass Basic · Pass Advanced MFA is an add-on, included in both Platinum editions | Bundled · Pass Advanced $3 a user | SSO with device posture |

Omnissa publishes USD list prices for the six Workspace ONE editions (monthly, 12 months prepaid with production support; read 12 October 2026), Horizon Cloud on Azure Standard ($9 a user a month), Pass Advanced ($3 a user) and Vulnerability Defense ($3 a device, plus a CrowdStrike licence). Everything else is quote-only, and there is no INR list. TechBag quotes in INR with GST.
Enterprise includes Horizon virtual apps; Platinum does not. Platinum adds Assist, Vulnerability Defense, Pass Advanced MFA and the MCP Server instead. Read the edition matrix row by row before you standardise on either one.
Workspace ONE Assist is included only in Platinum, Horizon Platinum and the Frontline Worker add-on. On Enterprise, at $10 a device, it is a separate add-on, and Mobile Threat Defense is extra on every edition, Platinum included.
The $3 a device add-on needs CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management, which Omnissa does not resell. It covers Windows desktops and Windows Server only, so macOS, Linux and mobile CVEs need another route.
Omnissa’s status page lists India instances of UEM, Access, Assist and Intelligence, but no product page commits to keeping data in the country, and Horizon Cloud’s console and broker run outside it. Record the region from the contract.
Horizon 8 runs on servers and a hypervisor you license and operate; Term editions carry a VMware vSphere Foundation for VDI entitlement, a Broadcom product. Horizon Cloud bills compute through Azure or AWS, outside the Omnissa fee.
Omnissa Cloud PC was announced on 29 September 2026 with no price or date, and Elara is a beta with a waitlist. Contract for what ships today, and add new products once they are priced and supported.
