Why “one vendor for the whole Microsoft 365 tenant” is the whole story
Most MSPs stitch Microsoft 365 protection together from several vendors: one for the mail gateway, another inside the mailbox, a third for backup. TitanHQ sells the MX gateway, the in-mailbox anti-phishing layer, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID backup and DNS filtering from one multi-tenant console, priced alone or in bundles. The catch for Indian buyers is that only WebTitan lists an instance in Mumbai.

Trusting third-party price lists
Blogs quote WebTitan prices that trace to placeholder data in TitanHQ’s own pricing script. TitanHQ publishes no price; get a quote.
Treating PhishTitan as a SpamTitan tier
They are separate products: SpamTitan filters at the MX record and PhishTitan inside Microsoft 365. Neither includes the other.
Assuming the whole suite is in India
Only WebTitan lists a Mumbai instance. SpamTitan has no India mail cluster and no India backup region is listed, so ask per product.
Leaving an old gateway build running
CVE-2024-45438 lets an unauthenticated user act on a self-hosted SpamTitan Gateway. Builds 8.00.101 and 8.01.14 fix it.
Expecting Google Workspace backup
TitanHQ’s backup covers Microsoft 365 and Entra ID only. Google Workspace and Salesforce data need a different backup product.
